Hemingway Yacht Club

Located at Marina Hemingway, Ernest Hemingway International Yacht Club was founded in 1992 as a non-governmental organization by Commodore Jose Miguel Diaz Escrich.  The club, run by its visionary founder, former naval commander, merchant marine and a living testament to Cubans’ love of the sea, has over 1600 members from 45 countries (with no local membership), will train any local child to sail a dinghy, offers member discounts on services, helps with official travel paperwork and fosters international friendship among recreational boaters worldwide.  A meet and greet with the Commodore and joining the club for any yachter is highly recommended.  Let us make the introductions.
